Who are we?
We are NOT another fashion brand or trendy t-shirt company…
We ARE an independent, grass roots organization that is passionate about faith, family and freedom + spreading truth about mind body spirit health in the community and through aligned advocates + ambassadors and events nationwide.
Our advocacy apparel is designed, made and shipped from sunny Florida. We are a small, purpose driven, mom run business focusing on quality over quantity. We DO NOT outsource to large drop shipping warehouses unlike many other apparel and merch brands.

Hi! I’m Debra…
I’m a purpose-driven, heart-centered, nature-loving mama of 2 who loves Jesus, my family, critical thinking and inspiring others to live and love more deeply and intentionally.
Mind Body Blend was born in 2019 from my passion to educate + empower others in greater health and well-being from a grounded mind body spirit approach.
In 2020, a year of great awakening for many, I rose up to spark a movement of parents who were determined to advocate for our kids and the children in our community who didn’t have a voice, in a time of spiritual and psychological warfare.
I paired that passion with my creativity and started designing impactful messages to put on shirts that boldly spoke volumes in a time when many were being dehumanized, censored and silenced for not participating in the toxic mainstream narrative.
As someone who years ago, worked as an employee wellness coach in a hospital, teaching doctors and nurses in the medical system how to achieve better health, I discovered pretty early on in my career, how broken and dysfunctional the med-pHARMa system is.
Much of the foundation of MBB and what we convey through our advocacy apparel comes from my desire to start conversations that matter and equip others in reclaiming their health, freedom and courage to speak up and plant good seeds for future generations!
