“Our children are not distractions to more important things, our children are the more important things.”

MY WHY: I am passionate about teaching and inspiring holistic health and wellness practices and personal responsibility, not only for my own family, but for the hope of the future of humanity.

  • WHY We Need to Stand For Health Freedom

Health freedom is a basic human right that we must maintain the integrity of. This includes the right to informed consent, spiritual and religious freedom and choosing which health and medical decisions work best for our family, including the right to opt out of use of any manufactured, for-profit product. When it comes to health, because we are all so unique, what works for one individual or family, may very well not work for or may even pose harm to another. We the people maintain this basic principle - where there is risk, there must be choice. The soul of humanity weighs in the balance as basic rights are being stripped away and humanity is being systematically weakened and manipulated by big industry business and financial interests which are not in alignment with our individual well being or best interest. We must awaken and rise up to rediscover our deep inner strength, coming back to the divine truth we hold within, connected to our roots, honoring our creator, nature and our innate intelligence.

  • A bit of history...

Debra Williams has been immersed in the preventative health care industry since 2008 and has worked with thousands of individuals and families over the years teaching and inspiring intentional habits and a healthy sustainable lifestyle. She began working in a corporate wellness environment in 2009 at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, where she stayed for 6 years as a health and wellness coach, helping doctors, nurses, and employees of the hospital work toward their own greater health potential. During this time, Debra learned a great deal about what is not taught in medical school and where the medical-pharmaceutical industries are greatly lacking and the ways that bottom-line greed and corruption have eaten away at industry integrity.

  • Purpose, Passion and Family

As a highly health-conscious, purpose-driven mother of 2, she has been a passionate community advocate for natural, holistic, “crunchy” pregnancy, birth, and parenting and believes firmly in conscious parenting and the vital importance of teaching and modeling health responsibility and ownership. Debra has carried on these firm values, and continues to be a leader in health freedom, education, and empowerment in her community and even nationally, as she has sparked a movement of parents to reconnect to the education of their children. She encourages faith over fear, and practices this in all areas of her life, understanding that God, the creator is the foundation of a good and meaningful life. When she became pregnant in 2012, she very quickly found out firsthand the amount of dishonesty, coercion, and bullying that goes on within the medical field and the complete lack of informed consent that is given to patients regarding medical and pharmaceutical treatments and interventions that are pushed as “standard”.
